All payments for services offered on Business Al-Connect are to be made in full at the time of purchase unless specified otherwise. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, all purchases are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced or a session has been booked or consumed.

In cases of subscription-based services, cancellation of auto-renewals must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
